I am a small exclusive company with 23 years Clinical and Professional experience. I am passionate about, and specialise in the Principles and Applications of Advanced Sports Therapy, Myofascial Release , Corrective Exercise and NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP). Incorporating them within Clinical Health, Worksite Health, Schools & Colleges and my Workshops. I am fully supported and recognised by Sports Therapy Organisation (STO), Active Health Group, ITEC, City&Guilds and ASET (EDI).
