Bad experience with SER-VAC

Dave at SER-VAC was recommended to me by a well known kitchen supplier do I rang him about a faulty dishwasher and a appointment was made for him to come around. The evening before he was due to come around he text me to ask if I'd found the leak, I told him ther wasn't one and that the dishwasher didn't want to start. This man was given our address twice but still managed to go to the wrong house, tried to make another appointment with him as did the kitchen supplier but Dave refused because he wasn't being messed around. Avoid this ignorant, rude man and company who can't even do such a simple thing as get your address right then tries to blame you!
