During the installation, they flooded our down stairs living room, dining room and kitchen. When raising our concerns with Alan, the company owner, he became aggressive towards us and threatened to rip out our new boiler and leave us with nothing. Thankfully, implying we would call the Police calmed him down and he then left the property for his colleagues to fix the problem. They offered to restore the house to the condition it was prior to them entering our property, before causing the flooding. When paying for the work, we offered to pay for the materials for now and the rest once the damages made had been rectified; DDH were happy with this as understood once damages had been repaired, they would receive the full amount. They have failed to come back and carry out the repair work to our property. Fortunately, we owe them approximately £500 out of a £3500 installation cost however, the damage left is significantly more and has caused undue stress and upset for ourselves.
