Headed by husband and wife team Paul and Heather Hunter whom between them have over 30 years experience within the food, events and hospitality industry.
Director and executive chef Paul has worked in all types of establishments from small award winning restaurants to large conference and banqueting venues and has won numerous accolades over his career. Pauls wife and company director Heather is the face of the operation heading up a very professional front of the house team who are always striving to exceed the customers expectations.
!9th Catering operates out of Lytham Green Drive golf club and boats a beautiful function room with staging area and dance floor that can hold up to 110 people for a sit down meal or a 150 people for a hot or cold buffet. All of which makes the function room perfect for all nature of events from wedding receptions, birthdays, christenings and wakes.
